RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
At this moment, we do not accept returns for refunds; However, we can process returns for store credit only. If your item is damaged or defective please e-mail us at info@lipsandhoney.com and we will address the issue there. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days has gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All shipping charges are non-refundable. DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK TO US WITHOUT EMAIL APPROVAL; ITEM WILL GET SENT BACK TO YOU!
SHIPPING COSTS AND ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
SIZE EXCHANGE:
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- We will not accept any items with deodorant stains, odors (including body sprays and perfumes), or other signs of wear.
- Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery. If 15 days have passed since the delivery of your item, unfortunately, we cannot accept any exchange requests.
- Items that do not meet the exchange requirements will be sent back to you.
If your item qualifies, please fill out the form at the end of this page within 15 days of receiving your package to initiate the exchange process. Please include your order number and your name to help us assist you more efficiently.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their item back to us for exchange. We do not provide return labels. However, once your exchange is approved, we will cover the shipping cost to send the exchanged item back to you.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $60.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE:
If you wish to exchange your item for a different style, we will process a return for store credit for the value you paid for the item. (SHIPPING COSTS AND ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION DO NOT APPLY) You can then use this store credit to purchase the style you prefer. The process and requirements are the same as for a size exchange. If approved, we will issue store credit for the purchase value in the form of a Lips and Honey gift card once we receive and inspect the item. Please fill out the form at the end of this page within 15 days of receiving your package to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and your name to help us assist you more efficiently.
