US ORDERS

 All US orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. It can take anywhere from 2-5 business days from the date that it is shipped. This is just an estimated time frame and does not include weekends or holidays.

• Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all orders
• We are not the Postal Service and do not take responsibility for any delays during shipments. To ensure prompt delivery, We suggest selecting our 1 or 2-day shipping options available at checkout.
• We are not responsible for any lost/misplaced packages. If this is to occur then you must open a claim with USPS or UPS directly.
• SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 All International orders are shipped using the DHL EXPRESS and can take anywhere from 6-10 business days from the date that it is shipped.
