Pia Bikini Bottom — Animal

I bought a small. I usually fit in a small but the sizing here runs small. I suggest a size up or check the size chart to be extra sure. They charge you to ship it back, which many name brand stores do not charge you for shipping if you need a replacement. Also the return policy of 15 days is very short. I would rather shop somewhere else considering their return policy isn't like 30 days or more.

Store owner replied: Hi Michelle, thank you for your feedback. Our pieces are designed to fit true to size based on the body measurements listed in our size guide. While many of our fabrics do have stretch, we don’t intentionally size garments so that one size is expected to stretch across two different sizes, as that can affect the intended fit and support of the piece. We always recommend choosing your size based on your actual measurements rather than the size you may typically purchase from another brand, since sizing can vary between retailers. Regarding returns, our return window and return shipping policy are clearly listed on our website before purchase. Return shipping being the customer’s responsibility is also a common policy among independent and specialty fashion retailers, although policies do vary from store to store. We’re always happy to help with sizing before ordering, and eligible items can be exchanged as long as they are returned in new condition, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging.
