We do not accept returns for refunds. However, we offer store credit or size exchanges. Customers must contact us within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for approval. Orders ship within 1–2 business days from the date they’re placed. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location (we ship from Los Angeles, CA). For pre-order items, the estimated shipping timeframe is listed on the product page. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
